Introduction
As someone who has always struggled with weight and health, I decided to try my hand at fitness. The journey was challenging and at times disheartening, but it has been nothing short of rewarding. In this essay, I will discuss my experience, the benefits of fitness, the obstacles I have faced, the changes I have noticed in my physical and mental health, and my plans for the future.
The Benefits of Fitness
Fitness has numerous benefits on both physical and mental health. For one, it helps improve cardiovascular health, reduces the risk of chronic diseases, increases energy levels, and strengthens muscles and bones. These benefits alone were what convinced me to start my journey with fitness.
